We offer various types of counselling and psychotherapy for individuals, couples, groups and LGBT-identified individuals. Through our vast experience, we also offer engaging personal development workshops.
We have over 15 years experience as qualified counsellors and psychotherapists and are dedicated to providing a confidential and safe environment for our patients. We have three branches located across London and the Southeast which includes Central London, Woolwich, and Upminster.
Our psychotherapists, depending on their specialised departments, individually hold accreditations with the following associations:
- British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
- United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).
- Universities Psychotherapy and Counselling Association (UPCA).
- British Psychological Society (BPS).
Our therapists are trained in several styles of therapy including psychotherapy which focuses on the impact of past or current situations you are experiencing. Our therapists combine several approaches to help you overcome various issues such as anxiety and depression.
Counselling and Psychotherapy Sessions
All sessions conducted by our counsellors and psychotherapists are highly confidential and safe. Initial sessions are carried out to establish whether you and your appointed therapist are a good fit. You will also have the opportunity to find out more about our sessions and which type of therapy you are most comfortable with. Our fees are based on your current income level. We also have low-cost options available for those with tight budgets so please ask.
Training for Counsellors and Psychotherapists
As trained and experienced psychotherapists, we offer supervision solutions to psychotherapists or counsellors completing their clinical work. We are accredited members of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). We also offer informative workshops for professionals seeking to improve their skills or refresh their knowledge.
